Course Format and Duration

Our training facility is based in Kinsale, Co. Cork — Ireland's culinary capital and one of its most picturesque towns. Kinsale is 25 km south of Cork city and accessible from the N71, making it easy to reach from Cork city and county and from Munster generally.
For those travelling from Dublin, Galway, Limerick or further afield, Kinsale is an overnight trip. We have excellent local accommodation options to recommend — from guesthouses to boutique hotels in the town itself. The training is intensive and hands-on, so arriving the evening before is recommended.
